About Robin Nuttall/DDGraphix
I have over 20 years experience in all facets of graphic design from print work to the latest fully accessible CSS design for the web. My designs have won multiple national awards including the Marcom Platinum Award for Quality Today, a tabloid newsletter produced by Primaris.
Logo, business card and identity design, print design from flyers and ads to full-length book typesetting, web and CSS, presentations, posters, shirt and team designs and more. I have tended to specialize in medical and canine designs, but my skills can help any company or organization maximize their potential.
I work closely with clients to create targeted print and web designs and campaigns to beautifully present the desired message at a reasonable cost. Some of my clients have been contracting my services for more than a decade, and most of these partnerships are long distance. Communication, flexibility, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail are key components in off-site relationships. My established clients choose me again and again because they know I will not only give them a product they can be proud of, but can produce good design in budget and on a timeline.
Many of my clients are non-profits or small companies with limited budgets but big dreams. I pride myself on making sure each client is happy and importantly, has an end project that works, is readable and useable. If you want a designer that actually listens, that will work with you to formulate concepts, that will actively seek to find out what you really need, try DDGraphix.
For those of you who like facts to back up the hyperbole, here is my resume.
Logos & Branding
- Logos should be clear and easy to read in both single color and multiple colors. They should be fully scalable and adaptable across platforms and materials.
- Business cards can be boring or beautiful. I choose beautiful!
Flyers & Brochures
- Small scale design surface with a punch. Flyers and brochures should have big visual impact with minimal text.
Newsletters
- Target your audience. Be clear. Be readable. Newsletters should be consistent in style but with flexibility to accommodate different article lengths and content.
Web
- Your web page says volumes about you, your business and your personality. A well designed website is clear, clean, beautiful and easy to get around. An amateurish, poorly designed website means fewer visitors and more bounces. You have three seconds to make an impression. Make it the right one.
- Your website design and look should be updated every 2-3 years to maintain freshness. The web is dynamic. Go with the flow!
